BRIEF
Salita Estate is a new, boutique land estate located in Perth’s highly competitive northern corridor. The client needed a new brand identity created along with supporting marketing communications, both onsite and online, to quickly gain traction in the local area.SOLUTION
The positioning of the estate on a major arterial road meant a strong brand identity would achieve excellent cut-through if made bold and memorable. The estate benefits from it established suburban location and future parkland. Blackbox developed a brand identity that brought warmth, personality and a direct sales pitch to the site, with creative that went a little further than the standard ‘family’ land development might. Project deliverables included a single-scroll website with lead capture, HTML5 Google Display Banners, onsite billboard and signage, sales brochure and flyers, local area marketing and ongoing Search Engine Marketing campaigns.Start a Project
