Blackburne Property Group had undergone a period of solid growth due to its diversification into apartment development away from its traditional base of project marketing, property and strata management. However the organisation felt it was being restricted in achieving its ultimate vision and natural position in the market by a dated and cumbersome brand identity.
Blackbox undertook senior management strategic planning sessions to uncover the future pathway for the business, core focus, underlying strengths and company values, before developing and recommending a new brand platform for future marketing communications. A full-scale rebrand was then undertaken, including brand identity development. The rollout was company wide covering marketing collateral, sales literature, website design and development, electronic communications, car livery, building and reception signage, employer branding and more.
