Refined Edge is a new home building proposition for Perth’s luxury home building market. The new brand needed to balance prestige against the reality of evolving client expectations and today’s specialised building requirements.
With the name predetermined, a new brand identity was created from notions of simplicity, elegance and timelessness combined with a strong, contemporary eye to the future. Beyond the requisite marketing collateral of sales brochure and business card, a new website design was crafted and coded to reflect the offline material, and set a tone that would resonate strongly with prospective clients.
