Private Company Exchange is an online platform that connects private companies with private investors, improves their corporate governance and compliance, and grants them access to a management platform to organise and communicate with stakeholders. As a start-up, PCE required a full, ground up brand identity design, marketing collateral production, plus website design and build with Salesforce integration.
The brand design bridged the gap between old money investors and contemporary start-ups, who most often seek capital to fund early growth. The icon leans on classic financial cues, is dynamic and open to interpretation by the viewer. I.e. An abstracted percentage symbol, a person in motion, two people across a table in negotiation, the interplay of investment and outcome or return. A fresh face for a traditionally conservative category.
