BRIEF

VEEM Ltd, specialists in propulsion and stabilisation systems, is one of Western Australia’s premier marine technology manufacture and supply companies. Their bespoke, on-demand manufacturing service and world-leading technology is used across Australia by the marine, defence and mining industries and exported across the globe. Their clients include the Australian Department of Defence, the US Coast Guard and US Navy. The company was ready to list on the ASX.

SOLUTION

Working alongside Euroz Securities Limited and Pitcher Partners, Blackbox was tasked to develop a fresh design aesthetic for VEEM, building upon the existing brand’s fundamentals, to create a cohesive and compelling prospectus document as part of the broader marketing effort for the IPO. The offer was a success being well oversubscribed. VEEM shares commenced trading in October 2016.
