BRIEF

The State Government’s Housing Authority, amongst other things, is responsible for the revitalisation and redevelopment of degraded state government land assets to create quality, affordable housing that delivers a social and economic dividend. The Housing Authority engaged Blackbox to design Information Memorandums for a number of new projects.

SOLUTION

The design were built from formal briefs that outlined the vision for each initiative. The IM designs were crafted to create a strong sense of place and capture the future potential of each project. The documents are used as marketing tools to communicate directly with prospective joint venture partners and key stakeholders.
