The volume home building category is one of the most competitive marketing spaces in consumer marketing. The business required a refreshed website design to take advantage of their customers' shift to viewing content on mobile and tablet devices. They also needed a digital shopfront that allowed their customers to explore their products in-depth, enquire, and generate solid lead activity for their online sales team.
A new mobile and tablet friendly website was designed and built that re-visioned UI and UX of the previous website, and made the pathways to enquiry clearer to optimise lead generation. Customers could now chat online with sales representatives in real time, take video tours (or even 3D tours) of new display homes, receive dynamic updates to house and land packages and prices, and engage with a managed social media platform to ask questions and explore product.
