Builders of what have been recognised as some of the best homes in Australia, changing market conditions prompted a refreshed approach to BBH’s traditional marketing platform.
Retaining the heritage, equity and grandeur of the Brian Burke Homes brand while appealing to a younger, more contemporary audience was key to a successful design outcome. From a fully formed brand development brief, new brand identity directions were tested with the senior team before a final logo design was resolved. This design retained the links to the past but also created a new, distinctive and memorable mark. A full brand application project followed including onsite signage, stationery, business cards, email signatures, car livery and a deluxe, fully crafted sales brochure utilising existing client photography matched to a bespoke copy base.
