Blackbox was tasked with naming, brand design and development of key marketing materials for a new land estate south of Perth.
The client required a new brand identity to be designed for the marketing and sales of a land estate south of Perth in the suburb of Hammond Park. This 400 lot subdivision will become a landmark development with a four-to-five year project timeline.
Working closely with the client to define a marketing strategy aimed squarely at families, Blackbox first developed a communications brief before exploring estate name options and accompanying positioning statements. On approval we then created the logo design and secondary branding elements to bring the brand to life. The final brand design was rolled out across key marketing materials including a website, sales brochure and onsite signage - with more to come.
