Brand design, development and sales literature for a new land estate perched high on the Perth escarpment.
DJ MacCormick are one of Perth’s up and coming land development and civil works firms. They had recently acquired a land parcel perched high on the escarpment that presented prime land for the semi-rural, new home builder looking for something unique.
After inspecting the terrain it was clear that this land was special, being adjacent to a national park reserve and enjoying a truly brilliant 180 degree vista from the most elevated lots. People buying here would enjoy moulding the challenging geology to their requirements and creating a home befitting of the prominent position and outlook. A new land estate brand was created to capture the free-spirited nature and elevated aspect that the site offered. A land sales brochure was developed alongside key marketing collateral and estate signage. Blackbox’s service included project management for the manufacture and installation of the signage onsite.
