Blackburne Property Group required the development of a new brand identity plus supporting online and offline marketing materials for a new apartment development adjacent to Northbridge in a highly competitive pocket of the CBD that is set to undergo a major transformation over coming years.
After an in-depth briefing session with the client to determine the key buyer profile and competitive product position, a range of project names were developed with supporting rationale. On approval the chosen name underwent a period of creative exploration defining the brand look and feel to establish tonality for the new apartment development. Working with the project marketing team, sales team and architects a full suite of marketing materials were produced including premium sales brochure, fully responsive website with CRM integration, email marketing templates, onsite sales office signage, building livery and billboards, plus scripting, coordination, filming and production of a 4 minute long promotional video. Press advertisements, animated web banners and other supporting marketing materials were also produced.
