BRIEF

Finbar is a premier apartment developer within Western Australia, holding and developing large-scale, residential buildings in some of the most prominent urban locations within the metropolitan area. Blackbox was tasked with creating a fresh direction for their 2018 Annual Report.

SOLUTION

The agency needed to balance Finbar’s conservative and diligent financial approach to its brand. A subtle rectangular device was created to mimic the horizontal form of many of its projects while also focusing the viewer towards the product.
