Whitby estate

BRIEF

Whitby estate is a large, master planned residential development located south-east of Perth in the Shire of Serpentine Jarradale. It will become home to more than 10,000 residents across 3,750 homesites. It will include district and neighbourhood centres, schools, a technical college and more. It is a long-term land development that will create an entirely new suburb being established.

SOLUTION

Blackbox was tasked with the brand strategy, design, production and management of Whitby’s marketing communications. This has resulted a new website design and code with lead capture, online marketing materials such as HTML5 Google Display Network web banners, campaign re-retargeting via GDN and Facebook, electronic direct mail design and management, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Blackbox is also tasked with the onsite design and management of all estate signage including large roadside billboards and directional signage. Other marketing items include sales brochures and folders, local area marketing via press advertising, radio commercials and letterbox drops.
