Interplay Therapy is one of the leading Play Therapy providers for children and parents in Australia. They have been training counsellors, social workers, teachers, and clinicians in the practice of Play Therapy for over 25 years. Interplay, as Play Therapy Australia, engaged Blackbox to complete a re-branding exercise and custom website development. The current website had no course enrolment abilities for counsellors and limited information about the training courses and required an update. Interplay commissioned a custom website design that would allow them to showcase their range of development and training courses for counsellors and offered a tailored experience for counsellors to log in and track their course enrolments and payments.

SOLUTION

Blackbox conceptualised multiple branding options that reflected and encompassed the fun and excitement of play therapy whilst appealing to counsellors as a respected and trusted training provider. Blackbox developed a custom designed website for Interplay that incorporated this brand image and brand identity. The custom-coded web design provided a user-friendly interface of the website that Interplay counsellors could navigate and manage themselves. The new website has a custom-built functionality for the counsellors to sign up and manage and pay for their own courses, access course material & assessments, as well as certificates on course completion.
